Store - Shipping Process

Together with our shipping partner UPS we want to provide a fast and secure delivery for you. In order to enable you to enjoy the purchased product as fast as possible.


How long will the delivery take?

Delivery will normally take between 3-10 business days, depending upon your geographical position in relation to our partner Hubs from UPS. We’re unable to provide an exact delivery date before purchase due to the above factor. Once your order has been processed UPS will provide your shipping information including your tracking number. Providing a clearer idea of when you can expect to receive your order.

  • Please note: It might take up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking code before you will be able to track your order on the UPS website. If you are still not able to track your delivery status after 24 hours please contact us.

  • Tracking is only available for certain countries.
  • Because our products are shipped internationally they may be screened by your country's customs agency, if this does happen it may cause further delays to the final delivery time of your order. You will be able to see if your order has been delayed by using the tracking provided.

Where do we ship from?

From our logistical key point Hong Kong our products will be shipped to the different local distribution hubs of the countries we are delivering to. After that the products will be delivered straight to your doorstep. 


Shipment to the rest of the world

We are doing our very best to accommodate all of our customers throughout the world. However international shipments may be subject to additional taxes and import fees (VAT). That means duties and taxes are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of record, you are responsible for duties, taxes and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.

As charges are individually assessed by your country´s officials upon import, we are unfortunately not able to provide an estimation or if you will be charged at all. Contact your local customs office for more information.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Our shipping partner UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. Therefore, we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping to APO / FPO Military Addresses

Unfortunately, Army Post Office(APO) and Fleet Post Office(FPO) addresses are not accepted by our shipping partner UPS.


Headquarter in Munich, can i pick up The Dash myself?

It is right the Headquarter of Bragi is in the heart of Munich. Meaning all the development and design is done here. However, the production and logistics locations are elsewhere.
